As we are getting closer to December 31, 2007, it is time to reflect on our year. Last year at this time most of you were going through the task of attending our Professional Development Events. You were filling out your Theory's of Change and Logic Model's for your program. It seemed like an arduous task. All of you came through this task with flying colors! What could HRD have done to make this task eaiser for you?
